Founded in 1978, R.I.C. Construction Co., Inc. is a California licensed and bonded general engineering and building contractor serving public, federal, industrial, commercial, and utility clients throughout California. Holding Class A, B, C10, and C21 licenses, R.I.C. self-performs a wide range of civil, electrical, and building construction services, delivering complex projects from site development and underground utilities to mission-critical facility upgrades and complete facility construction.
 

For more than four decades, R.I.C. has built a reputation for quality workmanship, safety, reliability, and long-term client relationships. Our experience includes water and wastewater infrastructure, electrical power distribution, SCADA and control systems, industrial facilities, municipal improvements, federal projects, and occupied facility renovations requiring phased construction and continuous operations.
